Mr. Mac Shoyer, aka Malcolm Neil Shoyer Schoen:  I am denouncing you today for your status as the godfather of the gringo mafia here in La Paz.  I ask you, what happened sir?  You were a sailor.  You were a free spirit, ready to escape the drudgery and live free on the water?  Why did you turn away from that life to one of pursuit of profit and noteriety?  Nevermind that sir, why did you cause others to do the same, and exploit them, and Mexico, in the process of your selfish pursuit of personal gain and fame.  Please retire sir.  Go back to California, enjoy what your country has become, take your ill gotten gains with you, minus anything the people of México deserve for your exploitation of them.  You are old, and Mexican courts can take a long time to get through cases such as yours, especially as deep as your corruption goes, from your days running the infamously corrupt API and all the favors you did for your foreign friends, to these days where you run an isolated economy exploiting naive sailors and gringos and exploiting Mexicans and Baja California Sur, and where ironically, you are a blight on our Government, a visibly corrupt foreigner working for ITAI.  We would hate to see your last days spent on the side of the law you forced many people to turn just to survive so you and your gringo friends could enjoy luxury at our expense.  So, leave, take your money, leave your properties lest we hold you at the border, and don't look back at the mess we have to clean up after you.  Oh, and please take your gringo mafia, your corrupt business friends, and your ridiculous real estate prices with you.  Hurry, we hear they're building a wall up there.
